Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in your country. We are not responsible for customs delays or any import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are sent with tracked postage. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Origins by Hawwa is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will leave a card or send a notification with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us — in this case, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional postage charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@originsbyhawwa.com as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve your issue promptly.
