Orders
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred hijab and size, then click "Add to Bag". When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of placing. After this window, our fulfilment team may have already begun processing. Please contact us immediately via email at info@originsbyhawwa.com or WhatsApp.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window (5 working days UK, 14 days international), please contact our team with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier immediately. We will either reship or issue a full refund.
