We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume/makeup, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order and click "Request Return". You'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier collection point.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for your bank to process the credit.

Yes — if you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you start your return and we'll dispatch your new item once we've received the original, unworn piece.
