Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume/makeup, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order and click "Request Return". You'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier collection point.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for your bank to process the credit.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you get your preferred item before it sells out.
