Moss Marble Printed Modal Hijab
Moss Marble is a printed modal hijab featuring swirling shades of sage and charcoal. The marble pattern moves between soft green, smoky grey and darker accents, creating a natural stone-like effect across the fabric. Its muted colours make it easy to wear with understated outfits, while the print adds detail without relying on bright or high-contrast shades.
Made from 100% modal, Moss Marble has a smooth feel and a fluid drape. The fabric falls naturally when wrapped, making it a good choice for soft folds and relaxed styles. At 180 × 70 cm, it offers room to arrange the fabric around the head and shoulders without an unnecessarily bulky finish.
A marble print in sage and charcoal
The defining feature of Moss Marble is the way its colours blend together. Sage green softens the darker charcoal pattern, while lighter areas create contrast across the design. As the fabric folds, different parts of the print become visible, giving the hijab a slightly different look depending on how you wear it.
The colour palette works particularly well with cream, stone, beige and black. Pair it with a plain abaya or neutral separates to let the pattern stand out, or combine it with other muted tones for a more coordinated look.
Unlike a plain green or grey hijab, Moss Marble brings both colours into one design. This makes it useful when you want a patterned piece that still works with much of your existing wardrobe.
Soft modal with a natural drape
Moss Marble is made from 100% modal, a semi-synthetic fibre derived from beech tree pulp. The fabric is known for its smooth texture, softness and flowing drape. It has minimal stretch, so it behaves differently from jersey, which offers more flexibility and structure.
The fluid movement of modal suits relaxed wrapping and softer folds. The 180 × 70 cm dimensions give you room to adjust the drape to your preference, while the baby seam finish provides a neat edge without a bulky hem.
If you enjoy softer fabrics that follow the shape of your wrap rather than holding a firmer structure, modal is worth considering. Our Fabric Guide explains the differences between modal and jersey, including their feel, stretch and drape.
Styling Moss Marble
The mix of sage and charcoal makes this hijab easy to incorporate into a modest wardrobe. Cream and beige bring out the softer green tones, while black and charcoal create a deeper, more tonal combination. White and other light neutrals provide contrast without competing with the print.
For everyday wear, pair Moss Marble with simple clothing and let the pattern add colour and texture. It can also work with more considered outfits for dinners, gatherings and occasions where you prefer a printed hijab over a plain shade.

Care instructions
Wash Moss Marble on a gentle machine cycle at 30°C or below, preferably inside a mesh laundry bag. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach, wringing and tumble drying. After washing, reshape the fabric and lay it flat or hang it away from direct sunlight to dry. If ironing is needed, use a cool setting on the reverse side.
These steps help preserve the modal fabric's softness and the appearance of the print.
