Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to love every piece from Origins by Hawwa. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Our refund policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@originsbyhawwa.com or using our contact form.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items returned within 28 days of delivery
  • Items in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent (at any time)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items marked as final sale

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we cover the return shipping cost.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item) or when you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period before dispatch.
