How to Return an Item

Returning an item to Origins by Hawwa is straightforward. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly.

Step 1 — Check Eligibility

Before initiating a return, please confirm:

  • Your item was received within the last 28 days
  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags are still attached

For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us regardless of the timeframe.

Step 2 — Contact Us

Email us at contact@originsbyhawwa.com with:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange

We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and our return address.

Step 3 — Pack and Post

Carefully pack your item in its original packaging if possible. Include a note with your order number inside the parcel. We recommend using a tracked postal service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Return address: We will provide this in our response email.

Step 4 — Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will:

  • Process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method, or
  • Dispatch your exchange item within 1–2 business days

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been processed.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, we will cover your return postage — contact us first so we can arrange this.
